I'm Natalia, founder of Apih, and I want to tell you a little about my story. For years I worked in consulting, a world full of stress and long hours. It was then that I discovered adaptogens and natural ingredients, and they helped me find a balance that transformed my life. For the first time, I felt I could manage stress without sacrificing my productivity or the enjoyment of my daily life.

When I arrived in Spain, I realized there were very few brands with a philosophy that truly resonated with me: I wanted something that wouldn't judge me, that would be easy to incorporate into my routine, and that viewed well-being holistically. Since I couldn't find it, I decided to create it. That's how Apih was born, a brand designed to accompany you on this journey, with products created to help you find balance without complicating things.
